The Mauve Lady

The Mauve Lady has been seen both in and outside of properties on Lugley Street in Newport. Seen in a mauve crinoline dress, she has been seen to disappear through doors. On one rainy night, when a passerby noted the terrible weather to what took to be a passing woman, she responded, 'Aye' before disappearing through a wooden door.
